Situated on Hobsons Bay foreshore (Kerferd Road and Beaconsfield Parade - Albert Park), APYAC (Albert Park Yachting and Angling Club) clubrooms enjoy unparalleled views and boat access to the bay.

The club premises, houses 64 boats downstairs with gantry access directly onto the water.
 
Upstairs facilities include Banquet Hall, Billiard Table, Bar and Dining Facilities. Members can enjoy magnificent bay views on the balcony.
